How long does shipping take?
Your order is usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 5–8 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email, so you can see where your order is at any time.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to return your order. Simply send us an email at kontakt@vourelle.de with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps and the return address. Please make sure the items are unused and returned in their original packaging. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, all products come with a 30-day warranty. Important: the warranty only covers manufacturing defects, e.g. faulty hinges, workmanship flaws on the frame, or defects in the lenses that were not caused by use. Damage caused by improper use, drops, scratches, or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty. If your product has a manufacturing defect, simply email us your order number and photos of the defect at kontakt@vourelle.de – we'll take care of a replacement or refund.
